Peace Lily for Sale in Cambridge: How to Choose and Care for Yours
Looking for a peace lily for sale? Our Beautiful Peace Lily Plant is $55 at Expressions in Cambridge, ready to take home or send as a gift. It’s one of the easiest indoor plants to keep alive, which makes it a favourite for new homes, offices and sympathy gifts.
Why a peace lily makes a great gift
- Easy care: peace lilies cope well indoors, even in rooms with little natural light.
- Elegant flowers: white, sail-like flowers stand out against shiny, dark green paddle-shaped leaves.
- Lasts for years: unlike cut flowers, a peace lily keeps flowering with a little care.
- Meaningful: the white flowers make it a thoughtful, long-lasting sympathy gift. See our funeral and sympathy flowers.
What to look for in a peace lily for sale
When you’re buying a peace lily, check for:
- Glossy, deep green leaves without brown tips or yellow patches.
- Several flowers and new buds coming through, so it keeps flowering at home.
- Firm, upright stems and moist (not soggy) potting mix.
Every peace lily we sell is hand-picked and checked by our florists before it leaves the shop.
How to care for your peace lily
- Light: bright, indirect light is best. Keep it out of direct sun, which scorches the leaves.
- Water: water when the top few centimetres of soil feel dry, usually about once a week. Drooping leaves mean it’s thirsty, and it perks up within hours of a drink.
- Leaves: wipe them with a damp cloth every few weeks to keep them glossy.
- Pets: peace lilies are toxic to cats and dogs if eaten, so keep them out of reach.
