Flower Box Gifts: Why a Flower Box Is the Easiest Way to Send Flowers
A flower box is a bouquet arranged in a stylish box with its own water container hidden inside. There’s no vase to find and no water to spill, which is why these boxed arrangements have become one of our most popular gifts at Expressions in Cambridge. Prices start at $75.
Why choose a boxed arrangement over a bouquet?
- No vase needed: the stems sit in a water-filled container inside the box, ready to display the moment they arrive.
- Easy to deliver: boxed flowers travel well, so they’re ideal for workplaces, hospitals and homes.
- Looks great anywhere: it suits a desk, bedside table or kitchen bench.
- Lasts well: the flowers keep drinking from the hidden water, so they stay fresh for days.
Colours to suit every occasion
Each design is $75 and made by our florists with fresh, seasonal stems. Pick the colour that fits the moment:
- Red: romantic, for anniversaries and Valentine’s Day.
- Pink: soft and pretty, for birthdays and new babies.
- White: elegant, for sympathy and thank-you gifts.
- Yellow: bright and cheerful, for get-well wishes.
Prefer a vintage look? Our vintage range also comes in red, pink, white, yellow and orange. See the full range.
How to care for your flowers
Top up the hidden water container every day or two, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sun, heaters and the fruit bowl. Read more in our guide on how to store fresh flowers.
